  • Skill Level: Advanced
  • Lore-masters are seekers of knowledge and the guardians of wisdom. Their knowledge of ancient lore allows them to confuse and stun foes, as well as protect against the dark powers of the Enemy. Lore-masters are also capable of calling animals to their aid.
  • Role: Crowd-Control / Pets
  • Lore-masters are the masters of crowd-control, with the ability to trap creatures and keep them from hurting their allies. They have many skills that invoke the natural world of Middle-earth but it is draining on the will thus costing them morale to fuel some of these powerful skills. Because of this, they must rely on their pets to supplement their ability to take damage.

Hardy Bear Class You are able to summon a more powerful bear. 11 25

Healer Class The costs of your remedy skills and the time it takes to execute them are reduced. This includes Beacon of Hope, Tend the Sick, Leechcraft, Share the Power, and Inner Flame 11 25
Improved Sign of Battle: Wizardry Class Your understanding of the Signs of Wizards has increased, lending some increased power to your secret sign. 61 25
Improved Sign of Power: Command Class Your keen understanding of the Sign of Power: Command, means you can now harm the evade and block chances your foes. 61 25
Improved Sticky Gourd Legendary This trait makes your Sticky Gourd into a lasting AOE hotspot. 101 25

Nature-friend Legendary You are a friend of the Nature Dwellers and may summon one to aid you.

Power and Wisdom Class This improves the effects of your Ancient Wisdom and enables you to use your Power of Knowledge skill for a longer period of time. 1 25
Proof against All Ills Class Your Tend the Sick and Leechcraft skills can affect up to six targets. 61 25
Sword and Staff Legendary You now may dual-wield a sword and a staff. Your melee skills are also improved. 101 25

As with other classes, Lore-masters have 4 Legendary traits: 3 gained from books and the 4th gained by completing 2 class specific quest chains.

Below is a list of the 4 Legendary Lore-master traits. The first trait is from a book where the pages will drop for anyone with or without the book so may be traded, purchased in the Auction House or otherwise obtained by those,of that class, seeking that trait.

The Next two required books, you will need the deeds started to get the pages to drop from the appropriate creatures.

A Lesson from Lord Elrond which grants the trait.
Grants an Eagle pet which is a lesser giant eagle, 1 level below the Lore-master's level. The eagle has a +1.0 in-combat power regen aura for all fellowship members near it and other special abilities and moves.
